Counting Stitches knitting print, mother's day.
 
This jaunty, cute print is just the thing for a knitter! The lovely lady in this illustration is happily enjoying the spring day with the robin perched near her, watching. Perhaps he's wondering if she has a spare breadcrumb in her bag.
 
I used my Staedler pencil to draw outlines and then coloured it digitally. I'm very inspired by different states of light - dusk and dawn, shadows, autumn sunlight and here, springtime magic!

This lovely print will come to you on Matte Archive paper, brilliant for keeping it's colour and mounted in a card frame with a cellophane bag to keep it looking as special as when it left my studio. The print comes as a 10x8" mount, but others are available subject to p&p costs. Just email to ask.

It makes a great gift for Mother's Day, knit wits, or anyone who likes a bit of nature in their lives.
