GOODBYE GUESSWORK

MAKE A PICTURE BOOK

step by step

You might be here because you've written a story, but don't know what to do next.

How can I make the illustrations? How do I publish it? Where do I start?

Does this sound familiar? Do you feel like you're missing
a few links and crucial bits of information?

Perhaps you've nailed the writing, and had some ideas about the illustration, but the thing that's holding you back is a lack of knowledge about how to get your pictures out of your head and onto the page.

Or maybe you don't feel confident about getting your message across in a visual way.

You haven't done this before - how does publishing work?

Here's the thing:

I know what that feels like.

You see, I've gone from graduating from Art College and wishing I could see my books on the shelves of bookstores, to publishing 11 books, selling thousands of books across the world and ranking high on Amazon in my category.

You may be thinking I just got lucky - right place, right time - but no. It was the hard work and dedication that I put into my work that has made it so successful - and that's what you can do too.

YOU CAN DO THIS

If you've got the passion and feel you have an important message to share - or if you just have a darn good story, you just need to arm yourself with some information and have the confidence to take the first step.

You will get the exact formula that I use in Make a Picture Book step by step

I have been working on two books every year, and growing my creative business exponentially. And it wasn't just me that was enjoying my books; here's what a few people have said -

  • 'fantastic book, brilliantly written and illustrated' CG

  • 'another gorgeous book by the fab Jules Marriner' SP

  • 'an original story, lovely artwork' WB

  • 'illustrations are delightful and make the story come alive' LMH

It took someone saying the right thing, at the right time to give the the nudge to take the plunge.

Are you ready to take that next step?

You might be thinking, wait just a ding dang moment - what do I get for my money? If you've already made that first step of writing the story, you still might be wondering where to head next. Here's a run down of what you should expect:

The advent of the internet has brought authors like us new opportunities. You're not behest to large publishing houses any more, and 'vanity' publishing is a thing of the past (thank goodness!).

Print on demand and e-reading has helped new authors to achieve their dream and bring their first book project to fruition, and what an amazing feeling it is to hold your very first book in your hands.

Making your picture book isn't just about the drawings. There are lots of things to consider - not least of which is how to pace the unfolding story through pictures, so that your reader wants to turn the page to find out what happens next.

You'll need to understand what a printer will expect from you in terms of space around your illustration, and what digital formal to send it in. And you need to know how to deal with the front and back cover, including the spine.

Make a Picture Book step by step will give you the formula to understand all of these things, and more besides. It should set you on your way to producing a book, whether that's a physical book or an e-book, through traditional publishing or a print on demand service, or even if you want to become your own publisher.

Who knows: maybe this is the start of something big!

Here's the thing:

I understand your passion. I understand where you're coming from and I also understand we all lead busy lives, so I wanted to make this programme accessible and as streamlined as possible. You will be able to finish watching the videos within 31/2 hours; the artwork will take as long as it takes, but I usually completely a book project from idea to publishing within 6 months.

Although I have been known to complete this exact formula for a book in three weeks. I must admit I didn't eat or sleep and my family almost forgot who I was!

You can of course do it the slow way (like I did) and try to figure this stuff out by yourself - or you can follow the fast way and use my proven step by step formula in Make a Picture Book step by step

Can I get my money back?

Nobody likes spending money on something that's not helpful. If you purchase the course and find that it's not for you, you can get your money back.

From my end, I can see how much of the tuition you have viewed and used, so all I ask is that you complete the course and try to put some of the steps in place within 14 days of your purchase.

  • Watch the video lessons

  • Answer the questions in modules 1 and 8.

  • Try some of the steps, for example, key decisions

  • Try  some drawing

If you have done this and feel that it hasn't answered some important questions for you, please email me with the details of what you have done, and I will arrange for your fee to be returned. In the unlikely event of this happening, it would also be very helpful to know what else you would have liked to see, so that I can continue to improve the lessons.

I really hope that this puts your mind at rest - I want you to get the maximum from this course, and for you to publish your books, just like I have.

If you're ready, I'll see you on the inside

I'm really excited for you - you're about to take the
