Mermaid print. 
This pretty mermaid was inspired by a book I was reading, she's a fabulous character who rescues a boy and his companions.
 
I used my staedler ink pens for the initial drawings and then watercolour paint and Parisian heritage pastels purchased on my parent's honeymoon, some 60 years ago. It makes this illustration even more special for me.
 
This 10x8" print will come to you on Matte Archive paper, brilliant for keeping it's colour and presented in an antique white textured mount with a photographic bag to keep it looking as special as when it left my studio.
